OUR HISTORY

Our founder, Vincent, is a lifelong aviation enthusiast whose career began as a helicopter and general aviation mechanic. His technical foundation expanded into Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and Design Organization Approval (DOA) functions, where he developed a deep understanding of aircraft compliance and engineering standards.

Driven by a passion for the industry, Vincent moved to Toulouse to join the fixed-wing commercial aviation sector. There, he served as a structural and systems quality inspector at the Airbus factory—actively participating in customer inspections, aircraft painting supervision, and delivery processes. His career progressed further as he joined a specialized team managing aircraft leasing, repossession, and redelivery projects with airlines and lessors across the globe.

This international exposure led Vincent to lead consultant teams within manufacturer CAMO operations, primarily focusing on asset transitions and leasing support. Under his leadership, this segment grew to serve major European flag carriers and global lessors with a team growing up to 20 consultants operating worldwide.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Vincent relocated with his wife to the Oslo region in Norway, drawn by his admiration for Scandinavian culture and the Arctic landscapes. He assumed the role of CAMO Manager for the Airbus Helicopters distributor serving the Nordic countries—overseeing critical projects related to aircraft delivery, remarketing, and fleet renewal.

In addition to his extensive professional background, Vincent remains actively engaged in the general aviation community. He holds both a Part-66 aircraft maintenance license and a fixed-wing pilot license. Over a decade ago, he acquired a vintage aircraft—now over 60 years old—which he continues to fly across Europe. This enduring commitment to aviation heritage reflects his deep respect for the industry’s history and tradition.

Over the years, Vincent has built a vast repertoire of experience across various aircraft types, operational environments, and organizational cultures. Along the way, he formed lasting relationships with equally dedicated aviation professionals and assembled a team that shares his vision of delivering innovative, high-quality support to operators, owners, and lessors. Our company name reflects a strong commitment to supporting demanding missions in remote and rugged environments. We take pride in helping those who live and operate in these extraordinary regions—where dedication and expertise truly matter.

Our global track record includes large-scale programs and partnerships with premier lessors and flag carriers. Today, our focus is on building long-term relationships with local operators, small fleets, and individual aircraft owners by offering customized, hands-on services that adapt to any operational challenge.

Our portfolio encompasses factory inspections and customer acceptances, leadership within manufacturer CAMO teams, engineering oversight for major carriers, and full CAMO management for distributors and lessors. From our base in the Oslo region, we operate with a lean, responsive structure and an expansive European footprint—ready to deploy our expertise wherever it’s needed.
